MY STORY
Holistic Distance Therapies was founded with a deep passion for holistic therapies and a commitment to enhance the lives of clients. With years of experience in the practice of Reiki and other healing modalities I recognised the profound impact it can have on one's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I also understand that today's fast-paced world often makes it a challenge to find the time to seek out traditional in-person Reiki sessions. That's why I decided to bridge this gap by offering the transformative power of Reiki through the convenience of online sessions.
MISSION
My mission is to provide accessible and effective Reiki healing services to anyone, anywhere. I believe in the innate ability of the body to heal itself, and I act as a facilitator of this natural process. Through the power of energy, intention, and expertise, I aim to help you find balance, reduce stress, and unlock your body's healing potential.

HDT was established to avail Usui Reiki treatments and other modalities to anyone regardless of where you are world over. I specialise in distance sessions with easy online booking options to suit your needs. One off, repeat or custom treatment plans can be booked here. I also offer home study, Usui Reiki courses as follows:

As a practitioner and teacher I'm committed to maintain the highest ethical standards in Reiki Training. Giving students all the in depth information needed to become competent and skilled Reiki healers is vital. Courses are currently conducted online and can be carried out at your own pace.
